앱에서 바로 삭제하기
- BLOCROWN 앱(또는 blocrown-server.fly.dev)에 로그인합니다.
- 아래 메뉴 맨 오른쪽 더보기를 누르고 내 정보 · 설정 › 계정 관리를 누릅니다.
- 계정 관리 창 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누릅니다(지워지는 것과 남는 것이 펼쳐져요).
- 본인 확인을 합니다. 이메일 코드로 로그인하는 계정은 삭제 확인 코드 받기를 누르고 메일로 받은 6자리 코드를 입력합니다. 비밀번호를 만든 계정은 삭제 확인 비밀번호를 입력합니다. 그다음 「계정과 서버 기록 삭제를 요청합니다」에 체크합니다.
- 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인 창에서 한 번 더 계정 삭제를 누르면 바로 삭제됩니다.
다른 길: 화면 오른쪽 위 @내 이름을 누르고 오른쪽 위 톱니 단추(내 정보 · 설정) › 계정 관리를 눌러도 같은 창이 열립니다.
앱을 쓸 수 없을 때
가입한 이메일 주소로 blocrown@airony.xyz에 제목 「계정 삭제 요청」으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터와 보관되는 데이터

계정은 그대로 두고 일부 데이터(예: 게임 동기화 기록, 광고 사진)만 지우고 싶다면 같은 메일 주소로 요청해 주세요.
Delete your BLOCROWN account

In the app
- Log in to BLOCROWN (app or blocrown-server.fly.dev).
- Tap More at the right end of the bottom menu, then Me · Settings › Manage account.
- At the bottom of the Manage account window, tap Delete account (it opens to show what is deleted and what is kept).
- Confirm it's you. If you sign in with an email code, tap Get deletion code and enter the 6-digit code from the email. If you made a password, enter it under Password to confirm deletion. Then tick "I request deletion of my account and server records".
- Tap Delete account, then tap Delete account again in the confirmation sheet. Your account is deleted immediately.
Another way: tap @your name at the top right, then the gear button (Me · Settings) at the top right › Manage account to open the same window.
If you can't use the app
Email blocrown@airony.xyz from your account's email address with the subject "Account deletion request". We delete it within 7 days after verifying it's you and confirm by email.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Account data (email, password hash, display name, country, language, consent records), climb and sync records, block list, server Points, in-app notifications and stage progress: deleted immediately. Buildings you operate are not freed straight away: your operating rights end and they go to an acquisition listing; Points held for acquisition applications are released. Upkeep bills and operating-rights records are kept in a form that no longer identifies you.
- Payment, point (including former credit) and pass records, facade ad orders and settlements: kept for 5 years from deletion as required by Korean e-commerce law, then deleted.
- Facade ad view records, bought outfits and crew membership: deleted immediately. Phone verification value (HMAC): kept 30 days only to stop the same number re-registering, then deleted.
- Complaint, dispute and report records: 3 years from receipt. Activity logs: 3 months. Usage statistics: unlinked from you immediately, deleted 180 days after receipt.
- Member IDs in operation logs are replaced with irreversible values.
To delete only some data (for example sync records or ad photos) without deleting your account, email the same address.
